The online appointment booking is a new feature for our office, so please let us know of any issues you experience. Some, but not all, of our available appointments are accessible online. If you cannot find a time that works for you, please call our office and we can assist in finding you an appointment that works with your schedule.

Emergent situations should not be scheduled online. Please call 911 in case of emergency. Please call our office directly if you need to get in for an urgent appointment.

Please expect a call from our office if you schedule online. If you haven’t heard from us by the day of your appointment, please give us a call.

PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE OFFICE IF YOU HAVE COVID-19 SYMPTOMS, HAVE RECENT EXPOSURES TO COVID-19, OR HAVE BEEN TESTED FOR COVID-19 IN THE PAST 7 DAYS. If you are having symptoms consistent with COVID-19, please call our office and we will get you on a video visit (televisit) with the doctor.

 

New Patients

With the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, this is a frightening time for everyone, but especially so for those that do not have a doctor. At Baubly Medical, we are open and accepting new patients. Please give the office a call to schedule.

If you are a new patient that schedules online, please expect a phone call from our office in the next few hours to confirm the appointment and gather some more information from you. If we cannot reach you, your appointment is subject to cancellation.

If you are transferring from another physician, we only need 1-2 years of medical records, the most recent laboratory reports, complete vaccine history, and any recent diagnostic imaging. It is not necessary to have all of this information with you at your first visit.

For a shorter time in the waiting room, you can fill out the new patient questionnaire on the portal prior to your visit- we can instruct you on how to log onto the portal when you schedule your appointment.
