The patient portal allows you to access your lab results, diagnostic imaging reports, and visit summaries online. It has a messaging feature through which non-emergent messages can be sent. You can also pay your bill through the portal - look for the “Latest Statement” tab on the home screen, and select “Pay This Bill”. Forgot your password? No problem. If you have forgotten your portal username and password OR this is your first time logging into the portal, you may log in using your mobile phone number.

1. In order to log in with a mobile phone, click on “Using mobile phone” at the top right hand corner of the screen.

2. Enter your first name, last name, and date of birth.

3. Choose your mobile number and click “send verification code”

4. Once you receive the verification code on your cell phone, enter the code on the website.

5. You should now be logged into your patient portal.
